3. Marketing and Sales Collateral Copyright Policy
All content, material and imagery contained in SilverstoneCIS's various marketing and sales collateral items, whether online or off-line, belongs to SilverstoneCIS and/or its licensors and content providers and is protected by applicable domestic and international copyright laws. You may retrieve and display content, images and material from SilverstoneCIS's marketing and sales collateral for your personal non-commercial purposes, and for commercial purposes in so much as you are evaluating the products and services offered by SilverstoneCIS. You may also forward, share and circulate SilverstoneCIS marketing and sales collateral strictly with the intent of informing, or referring others to SilverstoneCIS, but in such instances are not allowed to create the impression that such transmissions of collateral is by any means official SilverstoneCIS correspondence. In such instances you should also make recipients of SilverstoneCIS collateral aware of the SilverstoneCIS copyright policies pertaining to the distributed items.
Authorized marketing, sales, production and account management partners or associates and reseller affiliates may display and distribute SilverstoneCIS marketing and sales collateral strictly with the intent to recruit or inform prospective clients for and on behalf of SilverstoneCIS. Whenever SilverstoneCIS marketing and sales collateral or any part thereof are distributed in an alternate format as originally created and supplied by SilverstoneCIS by partners, associates and reseller affiliates with SilverstoneCIS's express written consent, a tag line crediting SilverstoneCIS should be displayed with this material, and in such instances these partners must make recipients of the information and material aware of copyright policies pertaining to the extracted or modified content, material and images.
In some instances SilverstoneCIS may incorporate material, content or imagery produced and supplied by its production partners, sales affiliates and other associates with their express permission. These items are protected by the same copyright policies outlined in this document. If content, material or images incorporated in SilverstoneCIS's marketing or sales collateral supplied by associates, partners and affiliates infringes on any third party's copyrights, SilverstoneCIS will remove such content, material and images as quickly and effectively as possible, if possible from its collateral on notification from such third party, however SilverstoneCIS will under no circumstances be held liable or accountable whatsoever for any civil or legal action resulting from such infringement against the associate, partner or affiliate who supplied the content, material or imagery, by the third party.

4.Solution and Creative Proposal, Sales Material and Forms Copyright Policy
All intellectual property, content, imagery and material contained in SilverstoneCIS's solution and creative proposals or sales material and forms belongs to SilverstoneCIS, and/or its licensors and content providers, and is protected by applicable domestic and international copyright laws. SilverstoneCIS's solution and creative proposals are supplied to prospective clients for the purposes of internal review and consideration by representatives of their firm, or if applicable of the client for whom they obtained the proposal. Under no circumstances whatsoever, unless expressly permitted by SilverstoneCIS in writing are these proposals or any part thereof to be communicated, transmitted or discussed with competing companies who submitted proposals for the same project. Unless SilverstoneCIS gains an appointment on a project based on a solution or creative proposal submitted, is any intellectual property, content, material or imagery, or any part thereof to be utilized or implemented by the prospective client internally without SilverstoneCIS's written consent.
SilverstoneCIS's Sales Material, Pre-Project and In-Project Forms and Methodologies are to be circulated, reviewed, utilized and considered only by the prospective client's representatives to whom it was intentionally submitted, or representatives of the client for whom the client account contact intends executing the possible project. Under no circumstances are the supplied material, forms or methodologies or any parts thereof to be replicated or utilized for any purpose other than intended by SilverstoneCIS e.g. for review and consideration by the prospective client, or to inform the prospective client of procedures, project strategies, and project deliverable details, and to recruit information necessary for SilverstoneCIS to profile the prospective client, generate accurate proposals and/or deliver on a project for which it may have been appointed.
Only if expressly permitted in writing may a prospective client reproduce, modify or commercially exploit any of the intellectual property, content, material or imagery contained in SilverstoneCIS's Solution and Creative Proposals, Sales Material or Forms. Any rights not expressly granted to you herein are reserved.
5.Project Production and Project Final Material Copyright Policy
All material created, authored and/or produced by SilverstoneCIS or its production partners during pre-project or in-project production phases belongs to SilverstoneCIS and/or its licensors and content providers and is protected by applicable domestic and international copyright laws, until copyright ownership is transferred in writing based on contract terms agreed to in the project production contract. You may retrieve and display Presentations, Files, Content and Material transmitted for review of project work that is in production on a computer screen and print individual pages on paper for your personal, non-commercial use in order to provide input in terms of change requests and revisions, commercial use of such material is expressly permitted until projects are completed and copyright of final material has been transferred.
Copyright will exclusively be transmitted for final creative and/or development material after project completion to the client, unless otherwise agreed in the project contract agreement; concept work that does not result in final material will remain the copyright protected material of SilverstoneCIS.

6. Portfolio Reference Copyright Policy
All portfolio material on SilverstoneCIS's various websites, print and other marketing collateral belongs to SilverstoneCIS and/or its licensors and content providers and is protected by applicable domestic and international copyright laws. You may retrieve and display portfolio content and material on a computer screen and print individual pages on paper for your personal, non-commercial use and for commercial use in so much as you are evaluating the products and services offered by SilverstoneCIS.
SilverstoneCIS retains the right to utilize and display any final material as reference in SilverstoneCIS's portfolio and other marketing collateral unless otherwise agreed in the project agreement.
Unless expressly permitted by SilverstoneCIS, you may not reproduce, modify or in any way commercially exploit any of the portfolio reference material obtained through SilverstoneCIS's websites and other marketing channels. Any rights not expressly granted to you herein are reserved.
7. Copyright Complaints
